What is the Pick up Procedure?

That's why our dedicated Heroes Team will proactively reach out to you to confirm the delivery time and location, regardless of whether you prefer pick-up from a hotel, airport, or jetty. You can rest assured that we are committed to ensuring a seamless experience for you.

To make things even more convenient, we kindly request that all outstanding payments be settled before the pick-up time. You have multiple options for payment, including an FPX, QR Pay, Boost, Touch and Go, Shopee Pay, and Credit Card/Debit card option. All payment links are sent directly to your email.

In order to maintain transparency and ensure your utmost satisfaction, we kindly ask that you sign the checkout slip provided by our Heroes. This important step occurs after a thorough inspection of the rental car, which we will conduct together with you. By signing the checkout slip, both parties are fully informed about the condition of the vehicle, promoting a clear understanding between us.

Once the inspection is complete and both parties are in agreement, our Heroes will gladly hand over the car keys to you. From that point on, you are free to enjoy your driving experience here on the island. We hope you have a wonderful time exploring and making the most of your rental car!
